Search, using Observables and ViewModel

Illustrates how to create a pretty complex UI​ that is updated dynamically using Observables/Observers.

In this example, I have coupled it with Search. The search uses Filters that act on Observables.

This example also uses a producer/consumer to save a filter set and read it in from memory.
